Who we are

What we collect
Business contact details for people who run or work at UK companies that install conservatory roofs, windows and doors: name, job role, business name, business phone number, business email and business address. We also keep a record of our messages and calls with you.
Where it comes from
Public business listings on Google Maps, company websites, Companies House, and details you give us directly.
What we use it for
To contact limited companies and LLPs by text, phone or email about our service, which books qualified conservatory roof quote visits for installers. We also keep a suppression record of anyone who has asked us not to contact them, so we don’t contact them again.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests. We have weighed our interest in offering a relevant service against your rights. We only contact businesses the service is relevant to, every message tells you how to opt out, and we stop as soon as you ask.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text, or email [email protected]. We keep only the minimum details needed to make sure you aren’t contacted again.
Who we share it with
Software providers that run our systems: HighLevel (CRM and messaging) and its messaging provider Twilio, and Google (email and calendar). Some of these store data outside the UK under approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact with you. Opt-out records are kept for as long as we trade, so we can keep honouring them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within one month.
